De Buyer rectangular aluminium non-stick baking tray comes in thick quality aluminium, suitable for baking in any restaurants and bakery. It is coated with non-stick Choc 5 ultra resistant coating ensures a long product life. This product has great non-stick properties for easy mould release of even the most intricate baked pastries, eliminating the need for baking paper. Suitable for baking Viennese pastries, pies, galettes, tuiles, langues de chat biscuits. Able to withstand both hot and cold. It is lightweight, sturdy and undeformable. Easy to handle and carry around. 

Care: Do not heat empty. Do not overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects or utensils in or on the tray as it can damage the non-stick coating. Hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge. Not dishwasher safe.
